Greg & Kristin did a FANTASTIC job approving and funding my real estate clients!! When the bank didn't even return my buyers phone call regarding a loan, I directed them to FMHL as I knew they would be well taken care of. WOW isn't enough. My buyers were approved, funded and closed escrow and it was seamless for them. Online application and GREAT customer service made it really stress free!!! (so important) If you are thinking of a MH loan call FMHL. You will be WELL taken care of!!!
