Their organization and clear communication made my buying process a nearly stress free experience. Super friendly and professional! Online portal for docs and email is a little clunky and outdated, that's our only complaint.
You will be navigated to your borrower portal page where you can upload your supporting income and asset documents securely (a list can be found inside the portal). Upon receipt of your application please allow for 24-48 hours for us to review your information. If a quicker time is needed i.e. Evan Swanson is a licensed mortgage professional with the ability to act as a mortgage broker and mortgage banker.

As a first-time homebuyer, the first step I took was to reach out to lenders. I wasn’t actually ready to apply for a preapproval yet when I had my initial conversation with Evan, but he still took the time to chat about my situation and talk me through the process. He even put together a detailed prequalification presentation video which was really helpful to have before I decided to apply for the preapproval.
One thing that really stood out to me about our interactions is that Evan is very education-driven and does a fantastic job explaining each step of the process while providing smart recommendations

We just completed our third loan with Swanson Home Loans -- this latest one was our first refinance. As usual, Evan's team was extremely communicative, laying out the steps in the process and telling us exactly what they needed, when they needed it. And all of our questions were answered within an hour of us asking, if not within minutes.
