Our first 6 bed AFC opened in the spring of 2010, which is located at 5861 2 Mile Road in Bay City. Our staff keep the residents rooms clean, as well as the rest of the building, to provide the best environment for your loved ones. At least once a week, exercise is offered to maintain and improve the residents physical health and mobility.
