Auburn Heights Senior Care is a family experience and a family business. We are state licensed assisted living home that has been around for 17 years in the heart of Auburn, MI. We strive to help seniors pursue individually satisfying lifestyles while providing assistance and amenities to make life easier.

My mom lived at Auburn Heights for 4 years before she passed. Since the new owners took over the facility, there have been changes, but for the good. They have made this facility look like a true home with remodels, new furniture, staff that actually cares. The team keeps the facility clean and they also do a lot of activities with the residents. I am glad my mom was at Auburn. She got the care that she needed with love from all around her.

Mom just moved to Auburn Heights Senior Care so my review is mostly limited to pre-contact with an amazing professional administrator Kendra Hall. She helped setup contacts, transparently answering all my questions for mom' potential big move from another care facility miles away. Mom' has been at Auburn Heights for two days and seems to be getting adjusted quickly with necessary care she deserves with dignity we all should receive.

Auburn Heights’ residents benefit greatly from a caring staff led by a personable and effective administrator, Kendra Hall. I get the impression that the good qualities of the staff and admin reflect the owner’s values, as well. I am keeping in touch long distance (from NC) with a family member living at Auburn Heights and I’ve been extremely happy with the level of care and communication.

I loved working there I enjoyed the people but it’s a shame that they won’t let you talk to your old clients because they say it’s against HIPPA law. HIPPA law was designed so not just anybody can get medical information on a resident or patient without there permission HIPPA laws has nothing to do with talking to former residents you once worked with love and adored them as much as they do you that is the craziest thing I ever heard of very displeased 😭

My Mom has been at Auburn Heights Senior Care for five years. She loves it here. Her family loves it more! She is treated with love and respect. Staff treat her so kind and loving. Less than a year ago AHSC was sold and the new older have changed things so much for the better! Staff and clients are happy! Great place for your loved one.
