Rumi is a co-founder of New Hope Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University and his MBA in Policy Studies and Finance from the University of Chicago. After working for 15 years in investment banking & corporate strategy roles, Rumi founded New Hope Partners to meet the needs of seniors in their communities.
All-inclusive pricing means that all of a resident's personal care costs are included in our monthly price. We offer this pricing structure to eliminate confusion and barriers to service. This is burdensome to community members and family members alike who may find that their loved ones do not express their true needs because they have their eye on the escalating price.
Residents of our senior community have an abundance of opportunities to explore their interests, socialize, and maintain a fulfilling lifestyle. Activities include arts and crafts, fitness classes, in-house musicians and entertainers, games, socials, outings to local cultural events, dinners for family and loved ones, religious services, Men's Group, and much more.
Freshly prepared meals, restaurant-style dining, and customized nutrition plans - cuisine at New Hope Bay offers it all! The menu varies day to day, though certain staple foods are always available. For instance, while the menu may change at each meal, residents will always be offered soup, salad, and dessert.

Please disregard the negative review from Connie Bryce who is our sister and is going through a very difficult time with the decision made by 80% of her siblings to place our dear parents into New Hope Bay. Our parents are being taken care of by the staff at New Hope Bay, and we are very pleased with the quality of life New Hope Bay is giving them. Christie, who is a director, went out of her way to show my brother and me the facility, daily procedures, amenities, etc. of this beautiful community. She was professional, and we could tell that she really loves her job. Christie knows residents there

I work at a doctors office and a cna brought an elderly patient in for a visit. She did not have any of the paperwork filled out and did not know ANYTHING about the patient. She didn't even know why he was being seen! She was rude and had absolutely no interaction with him... I feel it is the homes responsibility to send competent and caring workers who have all the history and information we need. It's very sad to me and I would definitely not be comfortable if any of my family members were cared for in this manner!

I work have worked with a number of Assisted Living Communities before this and I have to say that the group of people who are opening New Hope Bay are the most passionate group of people I have worked with. Even simple discussions about why they do what they do reveals rather quickly that their inspiration is pure. This is a really a great group of people who see that the more effective they are in this field the more families in this situation they can really help. This truly reveals why they have have won caring awards.
