New Hope Valley's memory care household offers a safe, secure community for those suffering from memory conditions, such as Alzheimer's or dementia. Our Memory Care Community is cheery, homelike, and peaceful, and provides a high staff-to-resident ratio to ensure that resident needs are met promptly.
Residents at New Hope Valley have an abundance of opportunities to socialize, explore their interests, and maintain a fulfilling lifestyle. I give five stars to New Hope Valley. We just recently moved my grandpa in. And he was scared at first being in a new "home" but, with how nice, kind, and friendly everyone is there .. Meaning staff and other residents my grandpa has grown to like it a lot. Everyone made him feel so welcomed. A few residents noticed he was eating alone his first… day and they went and sat with my grandpa and my grandpa has now a few friends so far. One thing my grandpa told us he liked a lot was when a Lady came in and played the piano. Oh & can't forget he gets big smiles when he notices the cookies

As a previous employee, I can say that I believe in what New Hope is, and what they do. The staff and residents come together as a family, and the staff provides some of the best care I've ever seen, in ten years as a CNA working in several LTC facilities around Michigan. If you're looking for a home away from home in the great lakes bay region, (or anywhere else for that matter) I thoroughly believe you'll find no better facility.
