Answered an ad that Kurt was selling two used tow trucks. I agreed to purchase these two trucks and in good faith sent a $5000.00 deposit to secure the deal. Kurt could only produce one truck as the other developed a major engine problem on the day we were to pick them up. At that point Kurt agreed to send back my deposit. I never received the depsit and now refuses to answer any of my texts to him. Been well over a month and still nothing and no word from Kurt. Richard from Maine

Driving on the LIE this weekend, I hit a pot hole and my electronic emergency brake wouldn’t turn off. I was close to home and was able to drive home but would need a tow to the dealership. I contacted Kurt who was able to schedule a tow for me on the exact date I needed (2 days after the incident) & gave me a great price and assured me that the driver would be able to take me as I needed to pick up a loaner car and had no other way of getting there. The tow driver Brett showed up on time and called before he got here. Brett was very professional and we got to my appt 15 min early. Would

#1 Service!! I emailed Turning Wheels for an estimate, Kurt (the owner)replied promptly. The rate he provided was better than anyone else I contacted. He sent his driver (Jeff) Saturday morning for an 8:00 pick up, Jeff was right on time. Jeff took great care to make sure that my car was loaded properly. If you need your vehicle towed give them a call, you will be glad you did!!

Great customer service. Very concerned about the security of my vehicle. Driver showed up on time and was highly attentive, professional and courteous. Would definitely reach out to Turning Wheels for future towing needs. They indicated that they can coordinate with AAA. I’d much prefer to work with them than to have AAA select the next available tow provider. Although, I hasten to add that AAA is great as well!

If you EVER need towing service, pick this company! Kurt is super cool, helpful, knowledgeable and just an overall good hearted person. He went above and beyond tonight for brother and i truly appreciate it! He even told him to wash his face well after his air bags had deployed so that his face wouldnt be affected the next day!
