I was involved in a accident on county road 51 in Riverhead. I was broad sided by another vehicle in my work van which overturned. The inside of my van was loaded with all my construction tools worth thousands. Unfortunately the Police on the scene would not allow me to remove my tools and said the tow company would take care of it. Of course I was concerned because I don't know if my personnel belongings are going to be secured. Well I can assure that this towing company made sure that my tools and my personal belongings where protected fully. Majority of my glass was blown out and they put plastic

Rapid Recovery staff really know their stuff. We thought we just had a dead battery in the Costco parking lot but the RR technician discovered it was the alternator. If we had driven it after the jump he gave us, we would have broken down on the road. So we needed a tow. Both staffers were punctual, skilled, and professional. A real class act! Well done!

Our driver, Damien, could not have been more professional. As my wife and I were standing near my van waiting to be towed, his primary concern was our safety. He told us where we should stand to be safe from the cars whizzing by and he also told us where to stand as he was getting the van up onto the flatbed. Everything was seamless getting the van to the repair shop. Kudos to both Damien and to the Rapid Recovery company.

I got stuck on a railing in south Hampton. My mistake. Things happen.. these people tried to milk me for 2000$. Not even reasonable in my opinion. Driver assessed positioning and I’m just assuming took the opportunity to go for the most amount possible to charge. Don’t get me wrong….I was up the railing over a embankment. But I thought I could of been pulled off of it. Driver refused. Glad I called around… found another towing company to pull me back wards off the guard rail from strategic towing points under the car. No busted transmission pan/oil pan/ or exhaust. Came out of it with one
