Performance Care Clinic

While I manage my fibromyalgia quite well, he understands how to treat my body when I do have a flare. He keeps track of long-term patterns, like the fact that I do MUCH better in the summer heat than the cold. He is gentle, yet very effective. There isn't a lot of twisting, contorting, and popping. He educates me as well and has a very positive disposition.
His receptionist, Courtney, is a pro at multi-tasking and managing changes in schedule (yeah...sometimes I have to reschedule). She's awesome!

Dr. F and Courtney are so helpful and meet the needs of the individual. I told a pain management doctor I did not want medication or surgery for my back, and he sent me to Dr. F. He takes the time to get to know you and your particular challenges, then treats effectively. Courtney is always helpful and great to work with as well.

Dr. Flo is the best! He helped me to understand the problem I was having and gave me several suggestions for how to avoid the problem in the future. His treatment was effective and practical. I appreciated the early (like really early) appointment times so that we didn't miss work and school. Courtney is very helpful with scheduling and billing. The new office is lovely. We highly recommend Performance Care Clinic.

I have been going to Performance Care Clinic regularly for the past couple years. Dr. Flournoy truly cares. I tend to be a tricky patient and he never quits trying to help. He is wonderful about thinking outside the standard medical box. He's smart, determined and compassionate. Courtney is also the best "front end" person I've dealt with, she always has a smile on her face and a fun story to share. When she says she will get something done, she does it right away. Thank you both for always listening and providing hope!

Dr. Flournoy is awesome. I appreciate what he has done to help me with my wrist pain. I am able to function better in my job, which includes a great deal of computer work. He's always so friendly & caring. Courtney is so sweet & I enjoy visiting with her while I wait to see the Dr.

Dr. Flournoy understand the body and the forces that lifting weights and sports activities place on muscles, joints and connective tissue. Without fail, he zeros in on the problem, provides rehabilitation exercises and stretches that fix or correct the injury or condition in short order. I've been going to him for years, although, since I follow his advice, I'm going far less than I was in the beginning. Heed Dr. Flournoy's advice and you'll be back to what you love to do without pain in no time!

I had a GREAT Experience with Dr Flournoy! Being treated by a fellow athlete he knew how hard that recovery would be for me mentally and while I could not run he was encouraging alternate means to stay active and still get my "miles in". I recommend him to all my fellow runners. He isn't quick to jump to bone cracking as a treatment - exercise and deep tissue come into play. Having EDS my treatments can be more tricky than most and he was able to help me maneuver the recovery process!

I enjoy being active and Dr Flournoy has kept me me active. He has helped me thru all my issues with tight hips, IT band tightness and knee issues. I can not recommend him enough. He is a very caring, personable Dr working to keep you as active and healthy as can be. Very professional. Courtney is very personable and helpful as well. I highly recommend Performance Care Clinic.

5 Stars isn’t enough for Dr Flournoy & Courtney! Brian personifies compassion-he genuinely cares about his patients. He will do everything he can to help resolve issues. His willingness to treat me with his expertise as well as referring me to other specialists has helped me recover from multiple injuries. As the office manager, Courtney’s a rare find in the medical profession. She’s fun to interact with & amazing at scheduling and dealing with insurance/billing. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!
