I always find the service to be very good. The people are friendly, they're always ready to help me with last minute manicures, and I have never had any serious issues. It's a place where you can feel comfortable

The fact that they were okay with me leaving their shop looking like I need a fill already. I advised the nail tech & all HE could say was " it looks beautiful ".
Not okay. Will not be returning.

I've been getting my nails done by ET Nails for about 7 years now. I always use their gel polish and think that the customer care is excellent. The salon always has a good selection of colors, and the staff is really knowledgeable about all the new trends in nail art. I can't recommend it enough!

ET nails designs are beautiful and elegant. The prices are fair and the staff is very kind and accommodating. My nails always look perfect and last longer than other salons I visited before. I recommend ET Nails for this reason!

Today @ 11am I walked in and asked for a full set and 3 pedicures. This lady said I don't have time . Not come back or it will be 30 minutes etc.. extremely rude unprofessional I will never go back or refer anyone.

I use to go here all the time but when Mary left the girls that were hired do a horrible job plus you make a appointment for pedi and mani and it takes two hours because someone walks in without an appointment and they take them.

I got a gel manicure and I'm so pleased with how my nails turn out! Very nice staff and they made me feel comfortable. The salon is lovely and clean. I'll be back soon!

I have been coming here since last year and I'm usually happy with my nails when I leave. This time I am not only not satisfied but I'm angry. The man who did my acrylic nail fill ripped off HALF OF MY REAL NAIL on my thumb!! He tried to stop the bleeding with his bare hands which he didn't wash after his last customer!! When the bleeding stopped, he put acrylic over the cut which I regret allowing him to do. It burned so bad and he laughed and said like 10 different excuses basically saying I was over reacting. He didn't apologize and kept making excuses for his mistake. It

Horrible I got my done last Saturday. He left Acrylic under my nails. And Some are now lifting. Also the owner rushed on my friends feet. When one if her regular, came in.

If you come with an appointment they get to you right away. They take your time on your nails to make sure that they are perfect especially, the man does a good job at this and likes his work to be perfect. You just have to communicate with them and show them a picture and be clear on what you want that way they can understand you

I decided to stop by this nail shop since I was in the area. I asked for a design and the man said no so I asked for ombré and this is what I received. They were super unsanitary as well. Learned my lesson. I'm never cheating on my nail lady again!

I've been going here for the past two years, religiously. Since THE ' RONA came and ruined everything, I've gone like 3 times in 2020 due to the constant lock downs and what not. The last time I went, they must've neglected cleaning and disinfecting their tools because my sisters (all 3 of them!) plus my mom, broke out with NAIL FUNGUS. We don't even live together and the only thing we did TOGETHER was get pedicures from this place. I went in for a pedicure today and I am so happy and satisfied. Tinga did my service and she was very detail oriented . She took her time and did not rush any step at all. I will be sure to come back for her services . Everyone was very welcoming and nice as well .

This place is a health hazard and a breathing ground for the coronavirus. Customers without mask, no temperature check, no washing hands before sitting, no signature from customers concerning the coronavirus. The area is not clean between customers.

Just nasty!
