Horrible customer service, made a 1000 appointment arrived on time. I see the place is packed, I'm told heace a seat and someone will right with me, needless to say I sat there fo 20 minutes and never was assisted and no one came follow up with me or communicated any further if there was a delay or what, so after wasting 20 mins i walked out. Of course as I reach my car someone comes out and says we can take you now, I basically said no thanks and left. I understand during the pandemic businesses are short staffed, but if accept appointments you should at least communicate with your customers

Larry did an excellent job of keeping my nails short, soft pink & white dipped, and shaped square. He was very gentle and my nails look amazing! The atmosphere was relaxing with soft music in the background. It was actually difficult to keep my eyes open! I’ll be going back for sure!
Service: Dip powder

I came here based on the yelp reviews. I got dip powder on my natural nails. I did not get my techs name, however, she took her time applying the dip evenly and even put two coats of top coat, which made my nails super shiny. The only down fall to this palce and the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because they charge $5 to take off dip if you previously had it done (most places don't). I would probably come back considering my nails still look good after 2 and half weeks.

Viet always takes his time to make sure these nails are flawless. Whether it's simple like these or I ask for designs, he is always in tune with what I'm asking for even when I'm a little picky! Love that Guy!

I went on the day of my graduation, so timing was very important. I had an appointment for 9:45. I scheduled a full set for myself and a manicure for my husband. My appointment was even confirmed in a text they sent me. I arrived on time and waited over 45 minutes to even get started. They kept thanking me for the wait but it ended up making me late to the reception of my graduation. I didn’t actually leave until 12:30 so being there for almost 3 hours was quite excessive for just a full set.
The nails were exactly what I wanted (I showed them a picture) and my husband left happy, otherwise

If I could give this a zero, I would. While the woman who did my manicure was sweet and did a great job, the woman who did my pedicure, LISA , was terrible. First, I asked her to make sure to get the skin that grows underneath my big toe and makes it impacted because I was having pain. She proceeds to NOT do what I asked and when I repeated myself, she claimed that she had already done so, but I was still having pain in my toe. It was like I couldn’t make any suggestions on my own pedicure! She completely rushed through my pedicure and was on her phone almost the entire time. And to top it all

I'm so in Love with my nails! Trish has done another excellent job! Everytime I come to get my nails done Trish always takes her time to make sure my nails are done exactly how I want them. She does the most beautiful work! Trish she's amazing!

I was very happy with the way my nails came out! I had my nails done somewhere else and I didn't like the way they looked so I was looking for someone to 'fix' them. And the technician sure did! I didn't get his name, but he did such a beautiful job. I don't have before pics because they were just... ugly. They also didn't try to charge me extra or add anything I didn't need.

THE BOMB! The customer service was great! And that is always number 1 above everything for me. Full set and pedicure. They helped me find options that matched perfectly to each other and treated me so well. I will definitely be returning:)

I'm giving this place 2 stars .. there customer service and everything is wonderful but however I went in last week and paid for a 90$ set only for one to snap right off while cleaning , and so many air bubbles over all my worst nail experience

These nails are a gel x color change. ive literally had this set for two months and you wouldn't even notice because Trish always makes sure the application is good & even. Trish always takes her time with my nails and makes sure they're exactly what i want. you wont regret asking for her!!

Sandy was great, as usual. The spa looks very festive with their holiday decorations all around. Call for an appointment, but they have not been super busy this week so walking in is okay too (unless you have a particular person you want). I surprisingly was able to walk-in on a Sat. morning. So happy and now ready for the holidays!

This is my favorite nail salon in upland . Young man and Trish do amazing work. I went in and had fast efficient work done . The owner is kind always has a smile on her face . The prices are fair . If you want good quality work you pay for what you get . Lastly my nails last me months . My last hard gel nails were done before Halloween and lasted me till today . If you want excellent work done come here and make an appointment. All the workers are hard working and friendly. Also they do awesome eyebrows .

Young man did a great job on my nails . I recommend him and Trish for any hard gel nails or Gel -X. Trish also does awesome eyebrows. I came in with an appointment and got beautiful nails ready for the holidays.

My biggest issues were that the process hurt and that I think I was overcharged for my nails. They seemed like they cared when they talked to me, but the work seemed like they just wanted to be done with me.

Service was great. It's my first time getting my nails done. Did not know they used the dip powder container on everyone. Could be a bit unhygienic but my nail tech was great to work with.
Was charged for dip nails and an additional cost for the cuticle care.
Update :: not even a week and my nails are already peeling. Don't know how long these are supposed to last but i thought at least a week

Unfortunately, today I came in for a pedicure and I did NOT receive the great customer service I usually do. The regular manager that is usually there was not here and the staff on board was all talking in their language and making me feel uncomfortable and anxious and my pedicure was not done well like it usually is. I had to go over my request multiple times.

I'm very disappointed and how I feel right now makes me not want to return.

Was looking for a new place so it was my first time here and they did not disappoint. They gave me exactly what I wanted and took their time!!
Went in a lil late at 6 and they close at 7 but did not rush at all.. I love how sweet they are as well, walked in and was seated very quickly. Sandy did my pedicure and made my toes look so cute i love them!! & the owner is so sweet as well. Definitely my new spot!!

Trish is awesome!!! I had my nails and pedicure done by her over a week ago. My nails were amazing then and still are amazing now. I let her know that I needed a bluish purple color and she found the exact gel color I needed. Trish cares about her work and will ask if you like them. She was very warm and she made sure I got exactly what I wanted.

The shop is very clean and while I was there they had a young lady wiping down the chairs and booths. I appreciate what they have done in the shop to protect customers. I will be going back again!!

This place is such a rip off. I was charged $177 for my wedding nails that are an absolute joke. Terrible service, terrible communication, terrible technique. When you charge that much you expect quality and that’s not what you get here unfortunately and you don’t get what you asked for but you will be charged for it regardless. Absolutely ruined my day and my wedding day my biggest regret was coming here.
UPDATE: HASNT even been 48 hours and the nails are splitting and cracking due to unprofessional and lazy application.

Not only did this place rip off my WIFE and made her nails look terrible for our wedding. They lied to her and told her they would redo everything for her and all she had to do was come back in. Well they lied we drove 50 miles for no reason and they said they wouldn’t give us what we paid for. We spent $177 for two basic pedicures and two manicures even though we only got one. My wife has a weird black spot on her nails and the toenail piece came off. They use mma monomer here and are incredibly unhygienic I will NEVER do business here again terrible.
