I have invested lots of money on nail supplies and it isn't cheap. So where I spend my money is very important to me. I am impressed on how this company handled a $300 unfortunate situation (that was not their fault nor mine, but everything to do with shipping) that probably cost them a loss versus a profit on this particular sale. But that definitely gained them a customer for a lifetime.
