Really disappointed writing this review. I've been going to this nail salon for over three years. Unfortunately I went in early December to get a pedicure and the lady who did it cut off a lot of my toe nail that caused me to get nail infection. I left on vacation after getting a pedicure and my toe kept hurting and it got super swollen. I went to the doctors and they said I got nail infection due to getting this pedicure. I contacted the nail salon and they just asked who did my pedicure and if I could purchase any medicine to help my infection. They never offered me a refund or offered to

I wanted to try a nail salon closer to home instead of my usual spot that is 35 minutes away and I'm kind of disappointed. I got a gel manicure done yesterday and my gel has already chipped :( the guy only did one gel coat so maybe that's why. I went 4 weeks without my previous gel polish chipping or peeling. I paid $69 for a pedicure and a gel manicure. Also I was in and out of there in an hour and it felt rushed.

I love this salon! I have been looking for 4 years to find one that compares to my favorite before moving here. I found it! They are talented with painting and stones. They do quality work that doesn't lift or pop off before the next appointment. I actually was too busy and made it almost four weeks before losing a nail.

Poor customer service
What is the point of making an appointment if they skip you and take walk ins because they don't know the order of who came in!
Lady was extremely rude did not speak English well enough to communicate then is upset when I can't understand her attitude!
Please go else where and save yourself the headache

I like How they do full sets they're very beautiful but when it comes for a pedicure they lack a lot in detail I've been there twice for a pedicure and every single time I believe that I could do a better job myself I was really upset during Thanksgiving I went to get a pedicure and the nail polish fell off within less than 24 hours I won't be going there again for pedicures

I am still coming here for quite bit if some time. I love my own personal choice Tina for my pedicure and nails. At this time I am not doing my nails but pedicures she's fantastic. She is fast but efficient. If you may point out something you find unsatisfied she fixes it with a smile. She's got a good heart and Lily as well makes you feel special when she sees you. Greets you with a smile and gets to know you not just as a $ sign but as another human being. As long as my finances can afford my upkeep I will always come here. Wishing their business to always stay in good success.

Quick and great service! You best come on time for your appointment! They're BUSY! If you are even 5 mins late, they have people waiting and will make you wait if your late to your appointment! It's best to come 10mins early. They mean business here and I agree! You snooze you loose! I saw them tell 3 people with appointments who were all 10-15 mins late they're gonna have to wait. But it's not their loss, they have people waiting to take your spot! Arrive on time! They're worth it!

I'm so glad I have been able to find a place with such talented nail techs. Heidi has done my nails twice and I really appreciate her helping me complete my vision. The business is clean and comfortable. Lily is so nice and it really ads to the atmosphere. I do wish a hand massage was given after every service. My hands and nail beds feel dry after a service. My new favorite place!

My daughter said she had a girl do both her hands and feet so not sure what "guy" you're referring to and she pointed at her cousin and asked if it was $120 for both. I understand prices change according to gel, dip or regular nails but she asked all those questions upfront. It's ok... we will be taking our services elsewhere. To say that my child is lying is pretty low. I do not paying $220 if her service was excellent. The skin should have been clipped because you guys have done it on my nails before but thank you. You don't have to worry about us ever returning.

On Wednesday night I went to get my nails done and I decided to come here since it was close to my house. I stopped coming bc of costumer service but nonetheless I loved my nails here. I called early morning and I was told they had appointments at 6 and to come in. They took my name down and I assumed I had an appointment. When I come in, there were 5+ women with a 6pm appointment and no one could take us. Some women had been waiting 2 hours. Today was my first time here and I'm so glad I went here! I called around 1pm for just a dip powder set made an appointment for the same day showed up at my scheduled time and was taken care of quickly which was a surprise since it was super busy when I showed up.
I definitely recommend making an appointment, they even have an online service to make appointments which is super helpful shows the name of the nail techs and what they specialize in on the website and times they have available. Walk ins can show up too but if you're in a hurry just make an appointment.

This place never lets me down! Been comming since lily opened! I don't always go cuz it's kinda far from me but when I go they always do what I want :)
Lily is always nice and welcoming, I got Cici for my pedi and she is so gentle and so sweet she did an amazing job on my toes, I got a full set from Tina and she was great! She is so fast but great job!
