At Richards & Wegener, Optometrists, our goal is promote good eye health and enable you to have the clearest vision possible. We accept several types of vision insurance, cash, checks, and most credit cards. We inform our Liberty patients about exam and treatment costs at the beginning of your appointment.
Dr. Richards is a graduate of Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee with Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees. He stayed one year at the College as a clinical instructor in the Vision Rehabilitation Department before joining the Navy. Dr. Richards was stationed in the Optometry Clinic of the Naval Hospital at Cherry Point Marine Corp Air Base in Cherry Point, North Carolina serving for three years as clinic director.
