Dirty carpets, broken door lock, broken dishwasher, no hot water, unworkable tvs, non operational fireplace, main sofa for TV is so broken that no senior would recommend it. A 3 hour lockout without any USEFUL response . Long time visitor without a single bad experience until this trip. This trip is my last. A total D+.

When I reached out to the booking agent, I was emailed a completely outdated map. The indoor pool and other facilities have been completely removed. When I called later to find out of linens were included, the staff member who took my call said, “I don’t know much about that property.”
Upon arriving to the rental, the Stan white personnel had not told the condo association my name and info and there was a prolonged mix up at check in time.
The condo was a moldy, dirty, musky, outdated rental and Stan White refused to call me back after leaving multiple voicemails requesting a call back

Terrible customer service. We called Stan White Realty on a Sunday to let them know our AC was not working. They said someone would be out the next day to check it. Nobody came. We messaged again on Tuesday and still nobody came. Finally Wednesday, after we contacted for the third time, a technician was finally sent and replaced the AC unit. Did we receive any reimbursement for having to stay in an 83 degree house for four days? Nope.
We also let them know a bed was covered in urine and we had to clean it. Horrible.

We were so pleased with our rental experience through Stan White. It was easy to rent and complete paperwork electronically and with a keyless entry, there was no need to check in at the office. The staff frequently connected with us before and during our vacation to ensure things were going smoothly. They were very responsive to any of our questions. Our beach house was BEAUTIFUL and equipped with everything we needed. The home owners were sweet and left us a fresh bouquet of garden flowers and herbs. We couldn’t have asked for more!! Highly recommend working with this rental agency.

The company themselves were easy to work with but the property we stayed in was far from a “nice” vacation house. We stayed in the Summer Song property and everything in this particular house is 30+ years old and in need of updating badly, the online pictures make it look better than it is. From the small old TV’s with vcr combos to the beds that are lousy and noisy and feel like they’re going to break every time you sit on them, ripped up window screens, loose toilets, dirty air vents, nails popping up on the decks. Do NOT use this company. My family and I have traveled all ove the world - esp the last 17 years, and this is the WORST rental company I have ever rented from. They have really low standards for the properties they rent out, promise to 'check inventory' to move you - and then do not return messages over 10 days! House had everything from rotten door frames, black mold, junked up and disorganized kitchen, old appliances, old mattresses, over flowing garbage can when we arrived. . . . And they do not refund any money if you're unhappy. See their YELP reviews!

I felt the need to leave a review because I've seen a lot of negative reviews. For people who had issues with cleanliness, I wonder if it's just luck on which house you choose, so I will say that we stayed in NH207 Bare Feat and had a GREAT time. The company was constantly texting us to see how everything was going. We did have one issue where the AC in the top floor broke or ran out of coolant one day, and they fixed it the following day, so my parents who stayed on that floor of the house only had one bad night of sleep from it. I wonder if they've improved their responsiveness a lot recently

We were planning a family gathering over a 10 day period that would bring family members from across the country to a family friendly location. The Duck Vine house has been perfect. One block from the beach with a lifeguard. The comfort of having the lifeguard to add eyes on the grandkids was wonderful. To make the location even more desirable was it’s proximity to the town of Duck. Anyone who had been on the road in the summer heading north on the outer banks knows how slow it can move. We recently stayed for our 5th year in a row with Stan White. We’ve always been happy and had a nice experience until this year. I’ve been trying to reach someone to talk about our concerns from our recent stay for over two months. I’ve left 4 messages and emailed with a woman who emailed me back but then nothing since then. I’ve spent way too much time trying to reach someone so maybe a review will finally get their attention. The house we stayed in was very dirty upon arrival. I called and they sent cleaners back out but it was still dirty. I found an old shirt from a prior guest, jewelry
