We are Certified and trained to perform a visual, unbiased home inspection. We will assess the home from roof to foundation to identify safety issues and describe the current conditions on the property. Following the inspection, you will receive an easy-to-read, thorough report for your records. This can assist you in purchase negotiations, warranty repairs or when making future maintenance decisions.
The scope of this inspection is a limited, non-invasive, visual inspection of the home, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:40-15.16. 1. Fuel storage tanks, whether underground, above ground, or installed in basements or crawl spaces, are beyond the scope of this inspection. Purchased property has a fuel storage tank, hire a contractor that specializes in this area to determine the condition of this item.

Be aware: Unfortunately, three months post inspection, we are having to replace our whole roof due to not being properly advised to get an additional roof inspection before closing. Gregg did note “Prior roof leaks, although was dry upon testing” in the report and noted in a brief sentence that the roof requires “ongoing observation and should be checked to establish age of the roof” however, did not suggest written or verbally for the roof to be examined by a professional roofer prior to closing and that the water stains could be a serious and current issue despite it being dry in the

I really cannot express enough how incredible Gregg and Tom were during our home inspection. As a first time home buyer, my nerves were running high.. Had no idea what to expect from a Home Inspector. Within seconds of meeting Gregg - all of my nerves were replaced with confidence.
