Two River Home Inspections is owned and operated by Mike Sullivan, South Carolina License # RBC49606, an InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) CPI (Certified Professional Inspector). Because Mike is the owner of the company as well as the sole inspector, he can promise each one of his clients that they will be getting the personalized care that they deserve when they choose him as their home inspector.
At Two River Home Inspections, our inspector abides strictly to the Standards of Practice (SOP) as they are stated by both InterNACHI and the State of South Carolina. Mike was so prompt and professional in regards to the home inspection when I purchased my first home. I was young, very inexperienced and had no one on my side but my realtor. I really felt like Mike looked out for my best interests. He gave tons of suggestions and went out of his way to check things for me and advise me. He took his time with everything. Mike was absolutely amazing. I received his information through my real estate agent and he was quick to answer the phone every question I had for him he answered. When Mike came to do the home inspection he literally went over every single space in the house and outside. As he was handling the inspection he would explain in details what is findings were what is recommendations were. Honestly if I ever buy another house Mike is our go to guy !

Mike was very thorough and really great to work with. He helped us identify some key structural issues with the home we were buying. He was very efficient and gave us a full report within 24 hours with details and pictures. He was also very responsive by phone/text for questions after the inspection.
