As founder, owner and sole inspector of AAA Home Inspections, I am responsible for your entire client experience. I encourage you to be present for your inspection and to ask questions as they come up. I've been involved in homes and construction for most of my adult life, and consider home-related conversations a hobby as well as an important part of my profession.

One of the primary aspects that make a home inspection service distinguished from the rest is the fact that they should ideally have quality equipment to accompany the quality services that they have to offer. If it is just the quality services without good equipment, then it is of little to no use.
There are a great many types of home inspections in general, but as far as importance goes, you can be sure that mold inspection is right at the top of that list and is likely to stay there for a considerable period of time. It pretty much goes without saying that absolutely no one out there can afford to make any kind of compromises when it comes to this.

One thing is certain - not a lot of services understand the basic fact that both time and money are as valuable as it gets. After all, one is linked to the other since the more time a service takes, the more money ends up getting spent and subsequently wasted in the bargain.

I never write a review unless the experience is really bad and I’m extremely motivated to spend my time writing it to protect others. That said, in this case the situation is completely different and by writing of this review my time is well spent. I’m new first time home buyer and needed an inspector. I randomly found this guy Stephen online. I was not sure what to expect, but not much choice. I have almost no experience to that matter at all; however, I have my brother-in-law Joseph who is general contractor/builder and flipping houses regularly. Joseph alone has enough experience to do inspection

Steve just saved us from making a huge, very expensive mistake.
While my wife and I had checked out a house pretty carefully before making our offer and expected to do a number of improvements, his extremely thorough inspection revealed a ton of very serious problems that we never even noticed.
His attention to detail was extremely impressive, and he walked me through every step of the inspection, patiently pointing out and explaining every issue.
Showed up when he promised, and got us a very concise report quickly to help us get out of the deal.
Was very fairly priced as well.

I really cannot say how thankful we are for Steve and AAA Home Inspections. He came in with a wealth of knowledge and pin pointed key issues that were even missed by the previous owners inspector. From the exterior, to the basement, to every other area of the house he focused on every detail and saved us from buying a money pit. Steve was amazing. He was super thorough and provided us with a pool inspection within 2 days and it had very helpful pictures and descriptions. Safety is his first priority and he was very patient with my husband and My pool inspection questions. He spent a lot of time inspecting the pool and did not rush.
