A joke of a management company, they do not care about safety, health or wellbeing of any property that they assume to manage.
Calls go unanswered, no on site personable interactions with owners and residents.
Dennis K. should not be allowed to even work in an industry he claims he cares about. He is unprofessional, unethical and unreliable!
Please think twice about using this company they are NOT the example management companies should be!

Waited for two months for them to send a simple coop application. They demand two checks made out to Alexander & Wolf only to REJECT the well qualified applicant and STEAL YOUR MONEY. They robbed me with attitude like they're entitled to do so because of a clause stated in terms of the application. Thats how they do business. They will rob you and are not required to give you a reason for rejection! AVOID!!!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Manager is rude, condescending, and obnoxious. Property is not maintained to the expectations of the residents and the amount paid in HOA fees. Unresponsive to maintainance requests. If you want your property to maintain it's value hire a different company. I wish our Board of Managers would fire them.

You will be paying good money for RUDE and LOUSY service.
The awful Star Rating on Google & Yelp reviews are very much justified.
It does not seem that the company quality controls the demeanor and
attitude of its employees.
In the event that you may be looking for a memorable experience in
rudeness, go ahead and interact with their employee named Tracy Reed.
It will definitely put things in perspective.

I am a former condo owner. My building made a contract with Alexander Wolf to manage our building. What a mistake! I'm so glad I sold my unit. Our property manager was the worst! I was trying to sell my unit and he wouldn’t get back to the buyers bank. He wouldn’t get back to anyone regardless of the issue. It took 6 months for me to sell my condo, when it really should have only taken 4 months tops. It was so bad that my contract expired! He had no regard for me as a person and having to juggle 2 mortgages for so long. It was such a hardship and it didn’t have to be. Everyone involved in

What a terrible management company could have on the earth? I called this company so many times regarding to the black mold from ceiling cause by building leaking. No one followed up, no one cared. Super is a helpless guy, could not do anything about it. I wished I could buy a condo saves this hassles by the management company.
