E&M Management is very reliable when it comes to property management. After years of working with several different property managers within the New York City area, we found E&M to be the most successful. They are fast, super easy to work with, and treat the properties as if it were their own. Definitely recommend their services.

This company is absolutely disgusting. They do not care about their tenants, are disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. The 'repairs' they are offer are sloppy, cheap, and unsafe. The building they own at 117th and Lexington Ave is infested with rats and raoches and frequently has homeless people wondering inside the building.

After reading the other review, my sentiments are EXACTLY THE SAME! This management company is the WORST! My building has had two companies before E&M and E&M has shown me what the definition of a SLUMLORD is. The have raised rents up to 30% and illegally evicted elderly tenants. The building services are next to zero. The newest thing is lowering the water pressure in the building as to save money on their water bill. Everyone you speak to in the rental office is RUDE and disrespectful. Numerous complaints have been filed through 311 and HPD. E&M's goal is to make money

Lived in NYC 14 years. This is the worst, most unprofessional management company I have ever dealt with. Yehuda, the building manager yelled at me over the phone when I called to negotiate the proposed 50% increase in rent on the renewal lease. When I asked him to calm down, he accused me of being "emotional" and then made threats to further increase the rent, increasing the already outragous sum in large increments every few sentences.
