Brian Topper's statements are completely false.
Brian Topper charged me fines that are not contracted in my proprietary lease agreement (breach), for a "washing machine" that he and his staff did not see. He didn't even ask to see it before charging the fines. He failed to write that his staff had invaded my peace to find the "machine" that I was fined thousands for. They didn't see it any where, so now he claims I'm hiding a "huge washer dyer".

TRC or Topper Real Estate Management has been consistently inept and incompetent during all the years I have lived in my Long Beach condo. To make matters worse they are deceitful and unable to acknowledge an error when committed nor to apologize for having inconvenienced or harmed a customer. They are also vindictive, so be careful about challenging them or insisting on more service than they want to give.
