Rob at LHH is useless. Hits your credit and then never calls you back. Actively avoids calling you, despite leaving messages. This leads me to believe LHH CANNOT do what they claim. Very unprofessional. Never had more than an intake call with Rob, and he never did as promised...but he DID hit my credit report with a hard inquiry. Not cool. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!
