The experience I had with the brokerage was awful. The person that was assisting me with my applications would send me 80 page documents to sign without explaining anything. I was a first time home buyer and I didn’t know what I was doing. After reading over all the document by myself, I had questions about closing cost and why it was so expensive.… My realtor gave me a rough estimate but the the closing cost ended up being $3,000 more than her prediction. When I brought this up, the broker completely disrespected my realtor and said she doesn’t know what she’s talking
