Hearts at Home Companion Care - Norman, OK strives to provide relief, peace of mind and satisfaction for clients who are homebound or medically-fragile. Founded in the spring of 2010 by Marcia Crook, Administrator and President, Hearts at Home Companion Care - Norman, OK is a privately owned company.
At Hearts at Home Companion Care - Norman, OK, we see our clients like family and we make sure to treat our clients as a unique individual with respect to their physical, emotional and social needs. More than that, we also understand that each of our clients has their own unique, individual needs and this is why we make sure to personalize our services specifically for each individual person.
All staff are screened, undergo a thorough background check before employment, and are monitored weekly by an RN to ensure the plan of care is maintained. Our Norman caregivers are kind, patient, compassionate and experienced. We do a individual assessment to review areas they may be helpful to ensure daily needs are being met.

Nice place to work for. EVERYONE in the office is super kind. You can talk to them about anything. Valerie who does the schedule will listen to you and do whatever it is your asking if she can. She understands life happens and stuff is out of our control sometimes. So she trys to accommodate you as much as possible. The owners are awesome. They actually talk to you and tell you how much they appreciate you. In fact all of the staff shows you appreciation. I enjoy working for such a positive company.
