Skilled nursing services are designed to promote a higher level of care that needs the attendance of a registered nurse, or a licensed practical nurse.

I don't know why everybody calls being old the golden years. There's nothing going about them. Especially when you have to have people come in to help you with your health. My golden years were when I was in my late teens and early twenties. Then I was a stud muffin, with girls dropping off me. Now I'm an old fuddy-duddy and the women are staying away in droves.
