We lived there for a year. No issues whatsoever. Maintenance was very responsive. Melissa is great, always super friendly. The finishes to the apartments are somewhat dated, but my husband and I were only home for the evenings and to sleep because of our work obligations. That being said, for the location and the space, the apartments are competitively priced. We would move back in in a heartbeat.

The baywood apartments deserve 0 star for their service. My monthly household income is roughly about 10 times the rent they are asking. However, my application was denied and the reason that was given was that I dont have rental references. I own a condo in a different state and was re-locating to bay area for a job change. What bothered me was that they could have told me beforehand rather than taking 5 days to come to me and tell me that I dont have rental references. If that were the case, I (and all those people who own their housing) would never get an apartment for rent in bay area. My credit
