The Ridge at Hamilton Crossing is by far the best Apartment Complex in Blount County. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond for you and your families needs. The staff also holds fantastic events from sushi and wine night to summer pool parties. You will not be disappointed if you decide to live at The Ridge.

The Ridge is safe, well lit, enjoyable place to live. We have had great experience living here. Kris that is over maintenance has always achieved over our expectations. He is always willing to help. Even today when they did fire alarm testing he was courteous about us having a newborn & explained the time frame of alarm testing.

Been living here for a few months and can convey that this is a great place to live. New property management team is great. I’m in the same business and know what good looks like.
I don’t think they get the credit they deserve based on my observation of how hard they work to please the residents
Neighbors are friendly and we take care of each other.
I think my favorite experience here is going to the pool and playing with all the kids.
5 stars for me.

Chris is the best! My air conditioning went out (needless to say during the hottest month of the year)! He was here within no time of me calling and had to get a part to fix it which was going to be the next day. He had a window unit installed temporarily to get me through the evening. He was back with the needed part and got it fixed in less than 24 hours! This guy is amazing and an asset to this apartment community!

As we drove through the property and saw how nicely maintained and neat everything was we knew the staff took their jobs seriously . It looks like a nice quiet neighborhood. It is also close by to many stores and restaurants. The closets were very nice and spacious, but my favorite part of the apartment was definitely the open kitchen. My wife and I where very satisfied with not only the property but the over all helpfulness of the staff that answered all our questions.

The Ridge at Hamilton Crossing is an excellent place to live. The office staff ensures that the apartments are exceptionally kept and respond quickly to maintenance requests. One of my favorite things about The Ridge at Hamilton Crossing is the sense of community because everyone gets to know each other at the events thrown by the staff. Lastly, it is a very safe place to live.
