My truck recently got broken into, and the worse part is that there are no cameras and the gate doesn’t ever close. The second problem is that I’ve had a couple of ladies inform me of a group of individuals that drive around the parking lot at night. Both of them have been followed and one even stayed home alone and heard someone trying to get in her apartment. Expect to have an alarm or some sort of camera in your vehicle because if it gets broken into no one will do anything about it. The cops living there don’t even pay attention.

For the most part, this place is decent. The price is not bad, and the people mostly keep to themselves here, however if you want to feel welcome as a working man here is not the place. You are unable to do any sort of maintenance to your personal vehicle and will be harrassed by the maintenance workers for doing so but will never receive any fines (despite them threatening that.) To add to this, I was personally never given access to my lease stating what is and isn't allowed, and have had no way of finding it through my account on their website. The complex also gave a one day warning that we

Senior Citizens Beware! I have never felt so taken advantage of as I was after leaving Kodak Crossing. To the tune of almost $1,000 in trumped up charges that we could not afford to lose. We put up with noisy neighbors, barking dogs, No A/C for over a month. Mold from water coming in under the wall and my wife has horrible asthma. The ceilings are paper thin! We were told that we had been informed of a price increase by someone leaving notes in the door. Must have been the wrong door. And how professional would that be. I do NOT believe a word of it! Not much parking unless you are a policeman
