One would not expect a sophisticated rental community in Sevier County, one of the fastest growing counties in Tennessee, to be so affordable.

Live with us while shopping for your new home. Standard lease is 1 year. We had to wait a few months for an available 1st floor apartment and we can tell you that it definitely was worth the wait! Riverwalk offers such a convenient location to shopping, medical services and entertainment. The staff is friendly and so helpful.

If a waiting list or unit is accepting applications, you may apply by selecting the property and choosing "Apply Now". Anyone over the age of 18 must complete a separate credit application. If you are interested in more than one unit or list, only submit one application. Applications are valid for six months.

Properties Report

You regard your pets as important members of your family and we feel the same way. We love pets and have a friendly pet policy in place to make sure that they stay safe and healthy during your stay at our apartments. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee for a single pet, or $500 for two pets, due along with your first month's rent.

My family has been living at Cross Creek Village (It’s managed by Riverwalk) since 2017, and we love it here. The staff is always friendly, and responds to our needs efficiently. Highly recommended.

Getting a new apartment at Riverwalk Apartments has been a dream come true I've been on a waiting list for quite some time. But it was worth the wait. This place is amazing enough for me to called home.

I lived here for 14 months and never had any problems from the staff. I had an issue with my window and they fixed it the same day. When I moved out, they refunded me my full deposit. My daughter loved living here also.

Don’t expect them to fix your leaky toilet or kitchen cupboard shelves that fell due to poor constructed tabs...and don’t call them to fix your door due to a medical emergency because they will charge you 7x over the cost is really is to fix it!!!!! 😡 two out of 3 of my children are moving out of their when lease is up!!!! So disappointed in locally owned!!!!!!
