I was very pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the complex! I stayed from 2019- 2021.Katie was very helpful in the process of becoming a tenant all the way up to the point that I moved to another state. If your looking for a good place to stay long term or short, go to Overlook leasing office and talk to Katie or the new manger , they are very great people and will help you any way they can!

I don’t understand the bad reviews for this place. I suppose everyone has a different experience or doesn’t read their lease completely. This apartment was outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to reside in East TN. The staff was always very professional and very friendly. They were very understanding and flexible when I gave notice that we had to move for a military change of station. As far as the apartment itself. It was a bit expensive, but my Fiancé and I worked hard to pay our bills. We were never concerned about making rent every month, just work hard and if you

We was needing to find temporary housing due of moving and building new house. Overlook at Allensville Square is very nice and beautiful. The rent is quite expensive. Inside of the apartment is very nice. We had two pets and we have to pay pet fees every month which we expected. We paid all fees needed to process our application and damage deposit of 350.00 dollars. That's two stars we gave. Now, reason why we don't give additional 3 stars is because of "unexpected" debt owed to them due of carpet replacement. They take out 350.00 toward the total amount due for carpet replacement, leaving the

We really enjoyed our stay at The Overlook. We moved in 2016 and just recently moved out due to buying our own home. Rent is expensive, but It is in a very convenient location. The office staff was always friendly, and helped with any issues. I cannot praise the maintenance staff enough. Every work order I ever put in was fixed in a timely manner! My kiddos loved both pool areas! The only issues we ever had was occasionally finding a parking spot. The other issues were not management's fault our car's were broke into one time, and people do not always pick up after their dogs. Overall I would recommend

My Grandson rented an apartment at this complex, basically because it was the only one available at the time. My Wife and I are in our 80s. We live in a rural area with no public transportation. I cannot drive due to an eye-stroke, and she has limited driving capability due to hip replacement. During the past 2 weeks I have developed additional health problems. For example, during the next 2 weeks I have an appointment at the VA Clinic 33 miles away, to determine whether or not to do spine surgery. Secondly, a CT Scan at Mayo Clinic, 75 miles away determined that I need Surgery and will be hospitalized

I was charged twice for a pet fee of 350.00 a piece because there was a time frame in between the two cats i had at different times. They said the policy change and was per animal now. PS I only had one cat at a time not both at one time. When I moved out they kept my move in deposit plus the 700.00 for the pet fees and billed me over 230.00 for carpet replacement curtains and stove drip pans. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was very hopeful to rent here. Was told i would get the "promotion" and get the first 2 months free. After paying $350 worth of nonrefundable application fees then was told I'd have to pay an additional $1,220 to get moved in within the next 24 hours. After I called and explained I wasn't told that, the lady hung up on me immediately after I told her there's no way we'd come up with that much within 24 hours

Renter’s beware: they like to bait & switch. The model apartment is so pretty and the fixtures (counters, cabinets, flooring, etc) are nicely appointed. Model apartment is bigger than your actual assigned apartment (model has a king size in master, assigned apartment wouldn’t fit anything larger than a full). Assigned apartment had dings and scratches and cheap countertops and cabinets. If you say that you want a 3 bedroom, they talk you into a 2 bedroom based on “square footage”. They refuse to let you tour the apartment you will be assigned due to having residents (rental law states you
