Colaizy grew up in the Highland Park and Macalester-Groveland neighborhoods of St. Paul. He attended Cretin-Derham Hall high school and went on to receive his BA in Natural Sciences at St. John's University.

The staff are great. The Dental assistant did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. It was a relaxing experience with classical music playing and a screen with pictures of places around the world to watch. Dr. Colaizy is professional and very personable. Also the staff are great with kids and my kids are happy to come and get their teeth cleaned and looked at.

Best place to go for any dental work. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. They won't try to get you to do unnecessary dental work like some other places. Dr. Colaizy works hard to make sure all the work is done well and that you are satisfied. The music and TV's make it a very relaxing experience. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to dentists all my life (of course) because I'm 49 years old, and the dentist here is top-notch (plus, the dental hygienists). I've had cavities filled, a root canal done, and two crowns, plus my wife goes here, too. They're gentle, they're nice, they're local (St Paul Mac/Groveland neighborhood), and when they have to do something that my dental insurance doesn't cover (root canal or crowns), the cash price is reasonable (the same as when I used to get root canals and crowns done at my old dentist in the suburbs. I went with a mailer-coupon and was told I had a cavity that needed prompt attention. Nothing hurt and I didn't want to shell out $120 to someone I just met so I waited.
Now - seven months later - I went to another dentist who also took X-rays and told me there is no problem. So I don't trust this guy.
