My first experience here was very positive. Exam and x-rays. 2 fillings and a crown. Dr. Kreps and the entire staff were very professional and caring. I was comfortable and pain-free throughout.

The entire team at Highland Dental are amazing! I am one of those- haven't been to the dentist in years... childhood fears lingered into adulthood. However, I broke a front tooth off and panicked! i needed to see someone as soon as possible. Living in the neighborhood and confirming my insurance worked, I called in a panic... at first i was told they could see me in a few weeks.. but I believe my tears and panic got me a call back and I was in the next day... it took every once of energy to get me there.. The absolute best dental office! I have used them for routine work, emergency work, and it's been wonderful every time! I go to them 3x a year nowadays because I love the service so much! They encouraged me to get into better oral health habits, and I'm so much happier with how my mouth and teeth feel day-to-day. To say nothing of how they look after a cleaning at HDP!

Up until this week, I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 5 years. The more time went by, the more I got nervous about it, and kept putting it off. Finally I made an appointment for a cleaning here, and am so glad I did! They were so kind and compassionate, and now my teeth are squeeky clean! Excellent dental office! After my amazing childhood dentist retired I was nervous to go somewhere new for the first time in 25 years. The first place I tried (Associated Dentists) was traumatizing and I had THE MOST PAINFUL cleaning of my life! I was then even more worried about finding the right dentist, but I was reassured by the calm, friendly staff and office environment at Highland Dental Professionals. I've had a few different hygienists over the years at HDP but they have all been excellent, as is Dr. Kreps. My only complaint (and loss of a star) is because I had a filling done with another

I found Highland Dental Professionals through my dental insurance website. When I put in my home address, this office came up, not only as one of the closest available through my coverage, but also the most highly rated by patients. It has been true! I've been coming here now for about 3 years and Dr. Kreps and her staff are wonderful, not only professional but always kind and considerate. I need a good deal of dental care and I don't particularly like getting it but Highland Dental Professionals staff make it less difficult to get what I need.

I Love this Dental Office! Dr. Valarie Kreps is a super professional. She carefully diagnosed my condition and recommended a course of action that took care of it. Whenever I go for a cleaning, the hygienists are very gentle but thorough. I feel like I'm in great (gloved) hands. The office staff always seeks to accommodate my requests in every way.

I am shocked by the complaints I have read regarding the professionalism and dental care at Highland Dental Professionals, as I have NEVER had a negative experience of any type with any staff in the clinic. I have been a patient of Dr. Kreps for nearly a decade, and she is THE MOST professional, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable dentist I have ever seen. She knows her craft in-and-out and has never performed any dental work (and she has completed extensive work on my teeth) that has failed me in any way. Wonderful experience! I am a nervous adult when it comes to the dentist. I have never felt comfortable at a dentists office until I started going to Highland Dental Professionals. Dr. Kreps is amazing. She is thorough and more than willing to actually take the time to show you whats going on in your mouth. The staff is very kind, the building is always clean and there are up to date magazines in the waiting room. The waiting room also has a private bathroom and a selection of toys for younger children to amuse themselves while waiting. If your looking for a new dentist, look no further than Highland

These People are really Pros! I hadn't been to a dentist in 4 years. My teeth needed cleaning and I wanted to get x-rays to check for any developing problems. I recieved a thorough set of x-rays (whew - no cavities). The Hygienist was amazing. Painless cleaning and my teeth sparkled.. The Dentist(Dr. Phelps) did a complete look-see for any problems and gave me her recommendations.
I expected a hard-sell for more cosmetic work because my teeth are anything but perfectly beautiful - they're healthy and effective - not so pretty! What I received was quality dental care from
