Scottsdale Fifth Avenue Apartments

Decent place. Great price for the area. Highway is a little noisy but you get used to it. Haven't really had any issues overall, pretty happy with the place. They did just raise my rent though which is very frustrating.

I have just moved into these apartments a week ago. I was not able to have a tour before I moved in to know if everything was in working condition until I moved in. My AC doesn’t work at all no one has updated me on when it’s getting fixed or even a courtesy call. I advised the landlord I was sick and needed it fixed asap and have had no updates. I’ve called and left countless messages and no one seems to want to get through to tell me anything. This is very inhumane in the middle of summer to be left without an air conditioning and also against the law. I have a child and can’t even have

Make sure you ask about heat and air they only turn it on when they want to ask anyone that lives here also they never answer phones and never repair stuff that was agreed on before move In 85 today no air again your utility bill will always be 80 with no heat or air

My girlfriend lived here and she loved it! Never an issue and the office people were nice!

I have a special needs friend who is on Section 8. Her caregiver found Scottsdale 5th Ave Apts and wanted me to take a look at it. The first minute I met Marsha the manager I knew my friend would love living there,. the place is very clean and well maintained. Marsha the manger has gone out of her way to make this moving experience go so smoothly. I highly recommend Scottsdale 5th Avenue Apartments. The Manager Marsha is the BEST!!

The absolute worst apartment complex I have EVER lived in. The management is absolutely terrible. The apartments themselves are crappy and old, like an old motel. The land lord is a middle aged woman who has a rude personality and has no remorse or respect for her tenants. CAM Properties refuses to return phone calls, will steal your money and never return it. They can't even get with the 21st century and use email or telephones. They tape crappy pieces of paper to your door if they have anything to say. If you're late on rent, the entire complex can walk by and see that, completely unprofessional
