I’m not one to leave reviews, but wanted to provide an honest warning to anyone looking to live here. First, I will say that Julian is awesome, and always willing to help. The community is great with a nice location. The reason for the low star rating is how terrible the apartments and property is maintained.
The theme here seems to be that saving money is more important than the customers. They hire cheap companies to fix things to the bear minimum. It’ll break 2 weeks later, or the job won’t be done right. This isn’t about the new maintenance staff, they’ve improved a lot.

I lived here for a year, two years ago now, and it was a good price and an absolutely amazing location. Management did a good job handling things in a timely manner with great communication, the complex was always well kept, and they were always professional.
I'm actually leaving this review to say how great this place was because of how bad the place was I moved into! If you are considering a spot near Chandler, do NOT go to 2150 S Arizona. AWFUL. Chazal? GREAT
