This property feels like an ex boyfriend that you want to warn your enemies about. Very charming at the beginning, but such a disappointment in the end. As a single woman living alone, I did not feel safe or comfortable at this apartment.
A few reasons why:
- no security fence or parking lot gate
-the laundry machines broke ALL THE TIME and never fixed
-ceilings are paper thin
-heating/air conditioning unit is so loud and inefficient
-I had over $1,000 worth of things stolen from the community areas
-people did not pick up after their pets
-Management is not proactive or even reactive.

If you are looking for somewhere unique with charm and good vibes this is your spot! The apartments are fairly priced/updated and low utilities/shared which is a bonus! This is a huge convience especially during the summer months. Covered parking, pool and gym included. The area is safe and closely located to old town and the 101. The apartments face in with a beautiful view of the nicely landscaped courtyard. Community events are put on monthly giving us the opportunity to come together. I moved from out of state and everyone here is so welcoming and friendly!

Well, first I will say don't break your lease. I had to move locations for work and it cost me 1,500 plus 100 in prorated rent because I stayed an extra 4 days beyond my 30 day notice. Obviously, that doesn't reflect living here. I would say this property is very beautiful and has a boho chic feel. It's right by tons of good restaurants and is literally in the heart of Old Town (however you take that). The maintenance here is very kind and does an incredible job! They are really good at enforcing cleanliness. Negatives I would say are the AC. While the renovation is modern and stylish, the AC feels

Pros : Amazing & calm surroundings to live, cool place , feels like the home you always wanted
Cons : Bad Management. Indifferent and doesn't care about your concerns .
I had problem with AC(really loud irritating noise, keeps you up at nights) .It took about 3 weeks to get the problem to their notice in-spite of repeated complaints. The maintenance guy tried a temporary fix & it didn't work.It took another week for the management to call the AC company guys . They didn't bother to call me in-spite of me requesting them
to call me when the AC guys came to my apartment to take a look and then
