Lived here for 2 years and it's progressively gotten worse and worse.. the new team at the office is absolutely rude. The rent is way overpriced in comparison to the surrounding apartments. All of the plants died because they can't afford to water them, or just don't care Don't waste your time. Find a better place! Everyone here is so undervalued it's ridiculous.

no one answer to the phone don't send you what they need to, basically they say what you want to hear until you fill up the application and then start chase them for keys lease and more 0 start ill give them and that also too much!

Overall, it’s a nice complex and we will probably re-sign next year. We moved from Indiana and the staff was super helpful and responsive with us to help us sign here. The community manager (S/O Karyn) is so sweet.
Our rent is a bit pricier than we first calculated, however, with the bulk utilities so keep that in mind. There is NO grace period for rent but I guess that’s Scottsdale. But with the location it’s not too bad.
They take really good care of the property. It’s pretty quiet and feels safe here. The casitas are AWESOME too!

I'm a long term resident of over ten years and have never had a bad experience at Hayden Park. This place is very well maintained, inside and out. Work performed by maintenance has been top rate; they even came on a Saturday to do repairs recently. The staff have always been courteous and quick to resolve issues. Tenants are quiet and respectful. Finally being able to pay rent online is a really nice convenience. In all my years here, I've seen almost no police calls to this location.

Definitely better apartments in Scottsdale for the value. Very outdated units and amenities. Management is friendly and understanding for the most part and will work with you if issues arise. Maintenance was prompt and usually did a good job. I would not recommend, as the rents are high compared to other complexes in Scottsdale, as you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere.
