This company owes me $11,000 for a booking I had in January 2021. I’m not sure why payment hasn’t been processed as they won’t return phone calls or emails.
The assistant at the company, Heidi, claims she is forwarding my information over to the owner, Chad Sullivan, and that I should be contacted and paid. Countless times I have reached out.
The guest paid the company, which I can guarantee because I have been in communication with the guest. So AZVR is wrongfully holding onto funds.
If you’re a host, run.

AZ Vacation Rentals is exceptional in every sense of the word. We stayed at a house in Scottsdale for two months. It was impeccably cleaned, fully stocked, and overall a great experience.
The team is always a text message away if you have questions or need anything during the stay.

Horrible experiences. The house we rented was not the house they advertised. The pictures used to advertise were photoshopped to make the house look amazing. None of the furniture or decorations were the same as advertised. The house was dirty when we arrived and they wanted to charge us to come out to fix things. The spa shown was not the spa that was at the house and only fit 2 people. We paid to have the pool heated and it was freezing cold as was the in ground spa. The above ground spa was dirty and smelt like mildew.

Do not rent from this company!! I booked a place with them in February for an august trip. I paid all the fees, completed all the paper work...and 7 days before my arrival date (aug 8) I get a call from a very rude man named Bruce informing me that my rental was cancelled. He claimed I had not completed the rental contract, although I had a copy of it to prove otherwise. Then he refused to put me in a different house and I had to scramble to find another rental, which cost me more money!! Come to find out, he was cross renting thru Vrbo for more money and rented to someone else for my dates. My

I used this company for my property and regretted doing so from day one. I received many, many angry phone calls from renters regarding their service from Arizona Vacation Rentals. The renters would leave the rental house immaculate and for no reason at all, Arizona Vacation Rentals would DENY the return of their security deposit. They would always be 4 to 8 weeks late for every rental payment even though they collected rent from guests months in advance. I was always afraid that they would just shut down and walk away with the money that I had paid them. They are completely un-trustworthy and

Arrived only for renter to tell us house was not available. "Upgrade" was no where near the same value. Cannot get any response from Arizona vacation rental or the owner. We were denied any refund on deposit despite never staying a minute on any property. Stay away from this is a scam. We are still dealing with legally.

I had a $210 deduct from my deposit. $50 for a BBQ Fee. We did not cook one time while at the location. There was also a $160 Make ready fee. No idea what that could be. I own homes on the VRBO site that we went through to find this house. I know what a property should look like upon departure and i am very vigilant about making sure it is very easy for the cleaning crew to come in and finish in a timely fashion. I would assume the cleaning fee that was taken upon booking should cover cleaning bathrooms and making beds. This company does not take credit cards for security deposit so there

Great house in Scottsdale. BUT, save yourself a lot of grief and rent with someone else. There are so many homes for rent in Scottsdale and you can deal with the homeowner. There are so many hands in the pot of this company that it's ridiculous. First of all, we did not get to get into the house due to the maids still there cleaning because the dryer didn't work. Next, the Directtv in the master never worked. Called the "help desk" who referred me to another number who never called me back. Never had a tv in the master. Unfortunately our experience with Arizona vacation rentals was a disaster. We made our reservations for a home in Scottsdale two months in advance and paid in full through Expedia a vehicle they use for consumer advertisement. The week before a reservation we attempted to reach them to get the exact address of our house and the directions to acquire the check in policy and keys. Although we had a phone number for their employee Matt and we called numerous times a day for over a week we never received a response. Expedia also reached out to them multiple times with no response via phone or email

I've never written a review for a vacation home before but the Arizona Vacation Rentals company surpassed my expectations and I felt compelled to share my experience. Communication was always great if I ever needed anything and If I ever had any questions. My stay at the Chandler house was overall good. The house was clean when we arrived and all things were in acceptable working condition.
My only bit of advice....if you would like us to keep the house clean during the stay there should be cleaning items provided. There were no additional trash bags, no additional paper towels, no dishwasher soap and very little toiletries provided.

Stayed at place called City Lights. Really had a nice time and highly recommend it for anyone looking for super special get away. Phoenix weather in February was 82! We were totally impressed - can hardly wait to return. Morning coffee on the patio overlooking the city and mountain is relaxing and memorable beyond description. Central location is ideal as well. Pictures of the property sold us but actually dont even do the place total justice. Its just awesome and some can hardly wait to go back.

I had such an exceptional experience with this company from booking the house over the phone with Joanna to the follow up after the stay convo I had over the phone with Ron Jordon. The website itself is very detailed and includes everything you need to know about the homes you are browsing. There is a place for everyone on their website. When you book the home they send you emails with directions to the home and everything else you may need to know. Everything is VERY detailed. Also they give you a list of phone numbers for the check in
