OK, here we go. I am 24 years old, standing at JFK with $200 in my pocket, wondering about this new adventure. I had no idea about the challenge or how it would turn out. And it turned out awesome! After living in New York for a while, I moved to Florida and then to Illinois. I was able to transfer my physical therapist diploma, pass the Illinois board exam, and became licensed physical therapist in 2006.
On a more personal note, I also got married to my husband Jim and we welcomed our son Vincent in 2007. Since moving to Illinois, I have worked at Good Shepherd Hospital and Alpine Family Physicians for the past ten years. During that time, I also worked as an independent contractor for various orthopedic physician groups, family practices, and neurologists.

Services
On your first visit we will go over the history of your pain or injury, perform strength and range of motion measurements, as well as special tests to help come up with a diagnosis of your issue, and develop a treatment plan. We will also test the rest of the body and find out if there are other imbalances in your arms, torso, or legs that might be causing your pain.

Physical therapy by a woman who understands the body and how the body talks to its patients. I have been in a wheelchair for 2.5 years. I broke my hip 3 months ago and Jurga has me standing up and working on my core muscles to keep me up. I’ve made so much progress with her unique and overlooked technique. I very highly recommend Jurga. She explains to you as she’s working and breaks it down so you can understand. I now look forward to physical therapy weekly.

I have had 10 Surgery's in my life Time with Physical Therapy for most never finding the right PT.
Until my Heart Surgery I found Jurga working for Advocate Health who helped my full recovery.
Jurga has since started her own business in 2016 and once again helped with my 2016 complete replacement of left Shoulder and Clean up of shoulder and repair of tear of the right.
My Doctor said he is extremely please with my recovery and Jurga approach

I would give her 10 stars...I had neck and back issues. I was amazed at how well I felt after a few sessions with Yurga. I have tried chiropractic for years and never had the same results after months of treatment. Her bedside manner is wonderful!
Yurga is sweet and so capable with great knowledge of how to get me back on track. I live in PA and could find no one in my area to do the same treatment Yurga used.
Because we are out of state, she spent some time showing my husband what to do. Sadly, his touch is not like hers!
