Dr. Watins and his team have been amazing. I have a number of issues with my back and neck that have been decades in the making. Dr. Watins put a treatment plan together for all of it, which after 2 months is going great. The environment of the office is very positive and flexible, and the treatments have been very effective. Professional, thorough and friendly experience every time I go there!

I came to New York City for vacation and I’m so glad I found Dr. Watins! He’s truly the best chiropractor. First off, booking in was super easy and a lot of the time I was able to get an appointment the same or next day. All of his staff are super friendly and helpful and the office is always clean and neat. He really took the time to address and understand my concerns, and I love that the start of every appointment they hook you up to a tens machine to relax your muscles prior to adjustment. Omg. If you want the best service and to feel like family, go nowhere else.
I know at the end of the day, the most important part is to be treated well.
Doctor took care of everything, listened to my concerns and created a patient for life.
I just wanted an adjustment and the doctor would not allow me to come in, get a crack and just leave in 2 minutes. I love this!! Most chiropractors just crack you and tell you to chip your card!!! Not here!!!

The entire staff is extremely friendly and warm. They take the time to make sure that you understand your treatment plan and they answer any questions or concerns readily and thoroughly. I had never been to a chiropractor before, and I was nervous before my first appointment. The staff at Westside Comprehensive have made me feel as though I have an active and informed role in my own health care.

This is the Best chiropractor that I've ever been to, and I've tried several. He has a high calibre, and very experienced staff, and his office staff is very efficient and professional. They managed to realign my neck and pelvis, which I've had trouble with for many years. I very highly recommend them.

Dr. Park is awesome - I usually come in once a week for preventative care for my lower back but will come in three times a week when I have a flare up.
The office is very accommodating when I need to make last minute changes and Dr Park has an awesome bedside manner. There's also a masseuse (Frank) that comes in a few times a week too.
Definitely recommend!

Everyone in the office is super helpful and nice. When I first came in I was experiencing a lot of back pain. Dr. Wakins had me feeling much better after a couple visits and completely back to normal now. Not only does he take the time to give you a personalized adjustment but also gives you the tools to maintain strength and flexibility going forward. My back feels great and I'm very pleased with the results. This was my first time going to a chiropractor and I got exactly what I was looking for.

Disappointed and frustrated after my first visit to this office. Despite finding them through my insurance's website, they did not accept my specific plan but recommended that I stay anyway b/c out-of-pocket cost was only $5 more than my co-pay (none of which was discussed over 2 prior phone calls). Bad choice: staying out of network meant that the X-rays they prescribed are also not covered, and they ain't cheap.
Aside from insurance mumbojumbo, the exam itself was poor and not at all thorough. It consisted of 3 basic stretches, Google-able instruction about basic posture, NO ADJUSTMENT

Drs Watins and Rozborski are superb across the board. Their years of experience expertise goes beyond most chiropractic offices (Graston, ART, myofacial release, sport specific...just see all of the verifications on the wall). Flexible hours and scheduling. Great location. Excellent staff. Will do whatever it takes and give you the extra time and service you need to get better. Highly recommend.
