Pros: Beautiful apartment was sad to leave it. I loved having my own front door. The rent is relatively high but these apartments are only a couple years old. Pet friendly.
Cons: The location is a bit out of the way. It’s a drive to groceries gas stations and central Sioux Falls. The parking lot seems to be more of a playground than anything else. Management is nice but make sure you get EVERY agreement in writing. Property management tends to forget the little things. The walls are paper thin. Great staff at the front office and always accommodating. We've been living here for a few months now and so far so good. The only thing I need to be picky about is that the ventilation from the upper residence permeates into our place on a regular basis which means the good and the bad smells or something we just need to get used to.

Over the last year the Meadows on Graystone has gone downhill. The first few months I lived here I was hopeful... now, I have very little positive feedback from my experience. In one year, they have gone through four apartment managers, making communication difficult and solutions to issues more difficult.

Meadows on Graystone is a great place to live. I moved in here with my fiancé in July & have had nothing but wonderful experiences. When we 1st move in we were greeted with a welcome pizza & pop. Our dog Lucy enjoys sitting out on the grass watching the other construction go up. The modern looking apartments are exactly what we love. From the construction/ maintenance guys to our wonderful property manager, Meadows on Graystone is the place to be:)
