I contacted All Safe for an inspection, I received a quick response and my appointment was set for the first business day following my call. The services rendered surpassed my expectations by the inspectors knowledge of the structure and ability to recommend upgrades that will sustain the value of my investment. After a year of living in my first house I can't tell you HOW MANY things they missed. I bought an older house so I knew it would need work but 6 months after purchasing and the whole roof needed redone because they didn't even look to see that each shingle only had 3 nails in a high wind area. The plumbing was all done with the improper piping. Ductwork all needs replaced and so many more things. I've read a lot after the fact that says an inspection should take 4 or more hours, they were here for less than 2. Do yourself a favor and if you're a first time buyer get a much better inspection done

My personal experience with All Safe was less than stellar. Simply put, they made recommendations that were not necessary and missed items that were necessary. We had to practically beg them to operate even simple appliances such as the dishwasher. They said the crawl had no running electrical outlet or light, and it did. I felt they were too fast and not thorough enough.

Stan at All Safe Inspections is awesome! He did a great and thorough job inspecting a duplex for me. He wrote up a detailed report and even got on the phone with me to explain it to me at 9pm at night without complaints- he was happy to! He took his time answering all my questions and has allowed me to contact him with follow up questions since. He is truly a wonderful person to work with and so glad he was recommended to me!

Very pleased with this company. Two gentlemen spent over an hour inspecting inside and outside the house. Very thorough, documented trouble areas and also commented on area that were very well constructed. Offered to come back and inspect troubled areas after they are repaired. I would definitely use them again.

I'm so glad I used All Safe Inspections. They were very nice and thorough. As a first time home buyer I had several questions that they took the time to go over with me well and I felt reassured after working with them. They offer to reinspect within 90 days for any repairs made after the initial inspection.
