I would not recommend people to move here this place will take your money in pocket it, then make it seem like you late on rent, Alba is very unprofessional she acts as if she is nice only so you can move in, Maria is the worst she does whatever, Ashley follows behind Maria can’t speak up for herself, this place is the worst , ac problems, nets live and your home with you, this place gets over all residents please apply elsewhere

I wish I could leave 0 stars property manager is rude and don’t let your car get a flat and you don’t fix it right away they will call to get it towed for even the littlest thing. The people in the office never answer but if you walk to the office you can see that they’re in there doing NOTHING. Just overall a bad experience don’t even waste your time.

I’ve lived here for a year now. I will be signing another lease. Staff are helpful. Maintenance is great. The only downside I can say to living here is it’s a little ghetto. There is traffic all hours of the night and my neighbor wakes me up on the weekends at 7am to loud music and yelling to people in the building over. And you can’t even walk to your car without someone standing in their window to watch you. People have made their personal parking spots at every stop sign and a line of cars beyond the stop sign. Every street is turned into a one way because of all the cars. Ugh. Yeah ghetto

Applied at these apartments and was denied because they said they couldn’t verify my employment. Wanted me to go through another company where I would have to pay a $35 app fee and if approved, pay a non-refundable deposit to that company. Never ever have I ran into that issue as I am a federal employee and have been for many years. So I gave up on the Arbors. Went to apply at somewhere other than the arbors and was approved in a few hours and moved within a few days.

I rented my apartment for 3 years from Arbors Apartments. I had to move because I needed a 3 bedroom but I miss them so much. Love Alba! She is very attentive to her residents needs and if there is a problem, she gets right on it! I will miss the fun events that she does every month.
Would highly recommend this complex to anyone. Ms Alba's office staff and maintenance team is friendly and if I ever needed something repaired maintenance was at my apartment the same day! I always felt safe and knew I would be taken care of.
