Emily the manager is very rude and disrespectful, maintenance crew is not doing any work, the crew lost the key to my apartment, and the only thing Emily offered to do is for me to take off work for them to make a copy of my key…. I asked if she can get a lock box from HD, she said no, I asked if an employee can wait until 6pm when I get home she said no… so my kitchen is full of sewer water and again I am left to take care of it all by myself… don’t move here for your own sake

Horrible place to live at…. No maintenance crew, office is rude and disrespectful, maintenance issues are not taking care off…. I’ve been living here for 18mo and my apartment constantly getting flooded, I’ve been promised that they will steam clean my carpet and that never happened, sewage backs up on a monthly bases…. Just horrible place.

I have now lived at The Flats At Minor Park, for a whole year. I moved into the community on 9/5/2020. I loved my newly renovated 2bdrm, 2bath apartment then and I love it even more today. I really love our community. I feel so wonderfully blessed. The landscape is simply beautiful. The grounds are very well kept. Our community is very quiet and peaceful, it's laid back off of a very busy street. We have a couple of play grounds for the children and a dog park for the pets. I did say children. You wouldn't even know, we have children of all ages in our beautiful community. I said it last year and

This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. If you want to live somewhere that has steady, helpful office staff, this isn’t the place. If you want to live somewhere that prioritizes maintenance issues, this isn’t the place. I could keep going but you get the idea. Don’t waste your time or money.

Hi🤗 I've now lived in my beautiful and affordable classic renovated apartment for 4 months. I'm still a very very happy camper and love living in our large family community here at The Flats At Minor Park.
We're nestled off the busy street of Holmes, our complex is very spaceous, quiet and peaceful. When driving through our complex, you wouldn't know children of all ages live in our complex. And dogs!!!🤗🤗
Our wonderful maintenance gentleman Gary(who is very knowledgeable and friendly), he takes very good care of my maintenance issues, in a very timely manner.🤗🤗

We are in a newly renovated three bedroom two bath apartment. All of the rooms are super roomy. In the kitchen there are tons of cabinet space, beautiful quartz counter tops as well as all shiny new black appliances. The living room has a large patio door that lets in lots of natural light and a wood burning fire place to keep you toasty in the winter. Then there are all the amenities!!

I love the staff here. They are so kind and helpful, and they plan great activities for the residents. I know if I ever have questions or concerns, Nel or Jessica can help! There are a lot of renovations going on, and it is good to see they are balancing needs between aesthetics and function. Our maintenance technician, Thomas, is fantastic and… friendly. I always know I can count on him to help. He even managed to save my dinner party when an hour before my guests were arriving, I walked into a flooded kitchen floor. Thomas was prompt, replaced the broken part in my kitchen pipe, and helped
