Condo 711. Deluxe, high end finishes throughout the unit. Full size fridge with no rust and premium kitchen with coffee pot and Keurig. TV / cable worked with no issues. Great mattress!

⚠️ One issue became apparent when winter storm Izzy visited P.C.B. 1-15-22 (high winds) and it was with the heavy glass at the front. The pane on the far left has a bad air leak, so the curtains billowed out into the room, and that roaring sound (wind) woke us up several times.

Called to ask about elevators working and I was told "of course, it works - we have 25 flights of stairs, how could they be not working?!" So I mentioned that it seems they constantly have the issue based on the reviews and I just want to make sure they are not having it now. She forwarded me to a dead-end line to leave a voicemail. When I tried again no one was picking up. lol definatelly not suspiciuos... Proceed with caution.

I thought this place was really nice and had great beach access but it took so long to get down to the beach due to the elevators not working very well. Everytime we left our room it took us at least 20 minutes to get down to the parking garage because the elevators were broken the whole week we stayed there. Other than that I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. Check in was easy as all info was emailed to us. All information we needed was provided in the days and weeks leading to check in. My wife and I were there as I was taking part in Ironman Florida. The location of this condo was great as it was walking distance to everything we needed. Upon check in there was one very minor issue with housekeeping. I contacted the number provided and a manager came to our room quickly and remedied the issue and they went above and beyond while there. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional! Currently staying at the Aqua now. Room is ok, but cleanliness of floors was not up to par. No broom was included in the room and with sand from the beach this is a must. Furniture on the deck is broken, and the springs in the mattresses on the bunks can be felt. The kids are not able to sleep on these because it is so uncomfortable. I have contacted the number given, but no answer and nobody returned call. Location of the resort is great. Not likely to stay here again due to not being able to be accommodated.

We stayed in units 1802 and 1903. Both were 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. Wonderful views. I see lots of reviews about the elevators being down. We received information before we arrived that the elevators would be down and only 2 would be working. We expected long wait times. It did not take away from the wonderful location and views we enjoyed. Both units were recently renovated, clean, and nice. Lots of space. We spent most of our time in our room, at the beach, at the pool, or on our balcony. We grabbed food for our stay so we wouldn't have to come out much and that made it relaxing and perfect. We

Our condo was very nice, and clean with a beautiful view. However the elevators were terrible!! There was 2 elevators to go up all 23 floors and only 1 of them worked. We have had to either wait 30 minutes or longer to get on one or they wouldn’t even work at all. 8 of us plus other people that stayed in the condominium had to walk the stairs multiple times! Our room was on the 21st floor and we had to walk them 4 times and we only stayed 3 nights! This is not worth the money or the stay.

The beach is amazing. Aqua hotel is in such a great location. Walking distance from anything you need, but still quiet enough to enjoy peace and quite. The condo was so beautiful. It was nice and spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. It had any and everything you want or need located in the condo. The condo was so comfortable and cozy, we didn’t want to leave it. The pools were beautiful and everything about the resort was so clean. I highly recommend this resort and room #1002.

Kudos to the owner of condo #1104. The condo is spacious and well appointed. Kitchen has all the necessary accoutrements for a nice stay and the beds are comfortable. However, during our stay, management was unable to get multiple elevators to function and the wait times for the elevators was horrible. This was elevator Hell. The location of the condo is good. It is near most everything. Can't put all of the elevator negatives on management, though. Many young, single people were using the elevator when they could have used the stairs, and too many young kids pressed too many buttons and caused

Several other times during the trip it took an hour to get an elevator. It's my understanding it's been like that for months and they are waiting on parts to fix them.
Aside from that, our condo was lovely. The pool area was nice and I liked that I could have my own cooler. Everyone was friendly. The location

The condo itself was great! However, the elevators are garbage, which is essential to a 20+ story condo. We arrived on Saturday and it took hours to get our luggage from the car to the 12th floor. The elevators were not fixed until Monday because. Supposedly they broke because of the wind and rain. Fast forward to Friday, coming back from dinner, all 4 elevators were out. Hard to recommend when you have to constantly walk up 10 flights of stairs.

My husband and I stayed here with family during Labor Day weekend for the first time. I thought that the price we paid for our room it would be a really nice place. However we got into our room the bedding and couch had stains on them and it was sub par. On Tuesday9/3/19 we came in our room at lunch and it sounded like someone was jack hammering on the floor above us needless to say no nap!!! I mean you come on vacation to relax. My husband called the front desk no help sent him to a property mgmt. person no help. Just said it should be stopped by 5 pm and that it would not be there tomorrow it

I stayed at Aqua with my family for a few days, everything was perfect. The only thing my family and I were disappointed about was the service in the lobby. There's a lady there that's really rude and doesn't help at all. If anything she looked at us down as if she was racist. My brother tried asking her for help after I had asked already and she made an annoyed face. I couldn't get her name but she has short hair. But other than that my stay was good.

Had an amazing spring break at Aqua Panama City beach! Aqua is a Luxury condominium with great amenities
They have two pools one of them is heated they have a hot tub, cafe and more. It's walking distance from pier park, restaurants, entertainment and shopping!
We got complementary beach chairs and umbrella for the duration of our stay. Our condo was clean newly renovated.
Great location, best place to stay in Panama City beach! We will be back !

Check in was very easy and parking was very convenient.
We stayed on the 14th floor and had a great view of the beach and the pier. Might I add, there was a pirate festival, so we enjoyed watching the fireworks from our balcony and the music from across the street at Shuckums.
The weather was fantastic, and the ocean temps were in the mid 80s. Can anyone say, "October sunburn?"
We left before Hurricane Michael made his arrival and understand that Aqua faired well- thank goodness.

This condo and the onsite management company are full or crap! Red Tide has arrived in Panama City Beach and the condo knew about this a week before our arrival, yet didn't notify us so we could change plans and get a refund. After an hour outside, everyone had burning eyes, raspy cough, and headache. Not to mention, that it can trigger respiratory distress in anyone who is asthmatic. We asked for a refund within 2 hours of arriving or at least a partial refund, which they told us to simply "stay inside with closed windows and you should be ok." I want to be fair and clear about my experiences at Aqua. We have stayed here a few times over the last few years. The rooms have been good. The front desk staff friendly. The rooms have been clean. The "security guard" that patrol the front drive are horrendous. THERE IS A HUGE DISCONNECT BETWEEN AQUA AND THEIR 3rd PARTY SECURITY.
Everytime we would pull up front to check in, a security guard would tell us we can't park there, even just to check in; even though there are several signs saying "15 minute parking". As a result, we simply found other places to stay. This

Our buddies reserved this condo at this establishment and we stayed with them for one night. This 3 bedroom condo was beautiful, with the ocean views, all the amenities of a home. We were staying at La Quinta, and the next time we come down to Panama City we will definitely rent at Aqua Condo. They have a parking lot across the street, so no problems with parking. Also, your I'm walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Nice place for sure.

I have stayed at Aqua several times since it was constructed. Quality has taken a huge dive. Maintenance is lacking everywhere. If you need access to WiFi or internet or cell phone during stay, you will be extremely disappointed. As much as I would have lived to completely disconnect, I am a small business owner and need some connection to check up on what is going on back home. Once you enter your condo, it may as well be a a Faraday cage. Zero cell service. The wifi is completely open to anyone and everyone, and that load degrades the entire system. Location is great though. Hit or miss

Great place to stay in PCB! Right on the beach and within walking distance to Pier Park. The skywalk is convenient so you don't have to cross the street to the parking garage. 2 pools and hot tubs. Our room was very large, clean, and well decorated. We stayed on the 22nd floor and the view was incredible, especially at sunset. The top 2 floors have glass barriers on the balcony so your view is not obstructed. Staff was always available for help and there is security at night. Great for families!
