Kim Jones was our realtor and what a wonderful human being she is! I reached out to Kim fall of 2018, my husband and I were listing our home in north Reno. We got Pre approved by her lender, Ron and he was truly amazing as well. We’ve sold and purchased a home before, never had anyone break down each process and options we had. I really admire that in a lender as not everyone know what they’re talking about, it’s not we buy one every month to understand the process. Thankfully, our Reno home was listed two days before accepting a great offer and closed in less than 30 days.

I have had the pleasure of staying multiple times at condos managed by Pyramid Peak Properties over several years. Each and every time has been a pleasure.
The staff of Pyramid Peak is so helpful and polite. On one of my stays I had a malfunction in my technology that I thought was an issue with the building WiFi (it was not) the Pyramid staff worked diligently for several hrs calling internet providers and having staff check on things before I figured out it had nothing to do with them it was my own device. When my condo sustained a chimney fire last summer, Pyramid Peaks found me immediate emergency housing despite prior bookings for weddings & holidays. They worked with me to see that me and my two cats well housed for the entire summer. When there were small incidents like clogged plumbing, the crew took care of it immediately, John even helped find my cats who had "disappeared". After scouring the entire building inside and out, he found them in a cubbyhole where they had hidden for hours. Rented a ski lease from PPP for 7 months. They refused to cover costs when the fireplace flue went out leaving us with no heat for a week, took 2 weeks to have an electrician come out to fix an oven (and then while fixing it, he received an electrical shock due to the poor job PPP had done during the initial install)...we found mold covering the entire bathroom wall and they played a very passive-aggressive game with us in order to solve the issue....upon move out we found a square foot of black mold in the closet.
