This place is a joke. The doors are barricaded shut so I’m sure if you’re a resident good luck. I spoke to someone outside for a few mins that lives there and they told me how downhill this place has gone, and how nasty management is. And let me tell you, yes they are the woman I spoke to on the phone because she wouldn’t let me in to get information on an apartment. I asked her if I could tour even if they just left the door unlocked so I could just walk in alone and check it out and she told me NO., go online and look at the floor plans. Are you kidding me? I get Covid is still a thing

I reached out to Inland 20 days ago requesting information on when the gym may reopen as it is an amenity included in our lease that we have had no access to for 7 months now and EVERY other gym in the area has been reopened. I have yet to get a response as to when we may be able to use it again or why we aren't able to now. My review would be better if it weren't for this inconvenience.

Really love the apartment we have here, and we've lived here almost two years. Family loves to come by as well because it is so comfortable and spacious, even in our one bedroom. Bonnie is especially wonderful in the main office. Every time we reach out, she makes it her priority to help us. She's efficient and very friendly. It's always great to see a smiling face in your neighborhood. :)

I've lived in this apartment complex for over 5 years. I'm moving out only due to work relocation. Bonnie, Stacy, and the rest of the office staff have always been very helpful regarding any questions I had. The maintenance staff always handled any service requests I submitted efficiently. The grounds are well kept as are the community amentities (gym/pool). I highly recommend it here.

We lived at Enclave Charles Pond for 3 years (moving out April ‘18) and the only reason we are moving out is because we are moving back to Massachusetts. The property management team (Bonnie, Stacy, and Ashley) have been absolutely supportive in anything we ever needed. We lived here the first year under the prior management company (Avalon) and this team has far surpassed in service. The maintenance of the building is kept up, maintenance requests are handled very timely, but even when things took longer than expected, Stacy was always very proactive and transparent about any delay with regular

I was a resident at 635 Charles pond drive from August 2015-August 2017. I really enjoyed my time here. The apartment was beautiful and the residents were very friendly. The staff here was great, especially Bonnie, Stacey and Ashley. Whenever I needed something they were there to answer all of my questions and concerns. They made sure any repair that was needed was taken care of immediately. After I had moved out I called the office needing a reference for my new landlord. An hour later I had it. AMAZING! Bonnie, Stacey and Ashley always conduct themselves in a professional manner, and always put
