I’m happy here. Maintenance is always quick to respond. I’m glad that our pool, gym & clubhouse is offsite because it helps to keep this place quiet and it means there’s not as many kids here. I don’t mind driving 8mins to the pool - it’s worth it. The community is well kept. The grounds are sprayed for insects - Altho it doesn’t seem to keep the bugs way. Maybe use a new company? Heatherwood has been very accommodating since the pandemic. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because they rent goes up EVERY YEAR. Therefore eventually I will have to move out because my wallet will

10 days before i was supposed to move in and had all the paperwork signed and first month's rent and security deposit paid, they tell me the apartment was no longer available and am now currently struggling to find a home.
UPDATE: Tried calling the number the reply left and left several messages and yet can not get anyone to answer my calls so I can get my money back.

There are holes in the fences and people from the other apartment are coming in, They usely stay near the playground. Also when we call for help if something is not working it takes a while for the issue to be resolved. The washing machines do not work or don’t do a good job cleaning. When I am growing things near the patio the cleaners destroy my plant I grew. My last issue is somehow bugs and little spiders and ants are everywhere and coming in the houses. I am glad soon I won’t be in such a horrible community.

I have been living at pinewood village for 11 years now. All I can say is it's a great apt at a great price. I also love the fact that they have excepted me and my 2 dogs into there community. Now that they are getting towards the end of there lives. I'm glad I gave them a great place to grow old together. Still waiting to get my apt painted and my rug changed. Also when I have needed a repair it was quickly dealt with by the great supers over the years.....
