I went in for my daughter's yearly checkup (she's 8yrs old and shy) first time coming here. I was expecting to have a great experience given the reviews. But that did not happen. She was not patient with my daughter at ALL! She was getting so upset at the fact that she was talking a little more softly than other kids. She got up and said to my daughter "I don't get why you're not answering me, if it's not that hard of a question, my kids had their exams since they were 5yrs old!"

Where do I begin with this place? Dr. Patti Zein-Eldin had seen my daughter for an eye exam because her school had a vision screening saying that she may need glasses. Now my daughter doesn't do so well at doctor's appointments so she was nervous at the fact with it being her 1st time seeing the eye doctor. When she gets called back, Dr. Zein-Eldin had to measure her eyes, now my daughter's fears were getting the best of her, she was freaking out and crying. It got to the point where the doctor was getting frustrated and rude with her saying to come back when she acts right. I understand

Overall great experience! The woman working the front office is very friendly and helpful! I was seen by the doctor promptly after checking in and felt at home and well informed throughout my entire exam. Dr. Zein-Eldin is very personable and knowledgeable in Optometry. I would recommend coming here for your vision needs!
