Took my truck in to Flusche Auto to get my ac fixed and they got it done fast. Mr. Flusche was friendly and honest. Told me everything I needed to get my truck ac working right. He probably could have charged me more with all the problems they ran into but they didn't. I am glad I found a good mechanic with fair prices.
The Flusche business began in Decatur, Texas in 1936, but originated in Muenster, Texas in 1930. Phillip's dad, James Flusche, opened James Flusche Auto Repair at 802 N. Miller St. in 1968. The original shop building sits behind the present day facility on N. Miller. As a youngster, Phillip spent countless hours in the shop helping his dad.
To recommend the services, repairs and maintenance to the car owners that are necessary to maintain the vehicle in safe working order. To use only products which are safe and provide service that equals or exceeds that recommended by the vehicle's manufacturer. To service and repair the vehicles in a timely manner and to keep the customer informed of any and all changes including completion times.

I have used Flusche for more than 10 years for a variety of different vehicles: F150, F250, Prius, Honda, Lincoln, and Jeep. I completely trust that they are taking care of my vehicles to keep them safe on the road and to be cost effective and reasonable about how to manage when and if repairs or replacements should be done.
We have been rough on some of our off road vehicles. Flusche understands that when you have a farm and cattle ... stuff happens.

My wife and I traveled with my daughter from Southwest Florida to get her things out of storage in Decatur, TX. We were pulling a 5'x8' uhaul trailer and into the trip our rear brakes began grinding...steel on steel. Obviously the pads were gone and now the rotors were grooved. I brought my new car to this place because I knew it needed an alignment. They called me after preforming the alignment to tell me my sub-frame needed to be replaced along with my control arm and struts. They told me it would cost around 2300 dollars. I took my car to get a second opinion and not only was the sub-frame perfectly fine they said it would only be about 800 dollars to replace the struts and control arm. Do NOT waste your money here! These people are scammers!

Got the job done quickly and at a good price. He also let me know, one of the repairs truck was in for, the catalytic converter would more than likely still be warrantied by dealer. He could have just charged me and said nothing and I would have never known. He saved me several hundred dollars, the dealer did replace it! Great experience!!

The service was great. As always my vehicle was fixed promptly and at a reasonable price. Again you fixed my vehicle in an honest manner. Unlike other places you have given us honest work. There have been so many times you could have claimed we needed higher priced repairs on all our vehicles but you've never taken advantage of us. We've been doing business with you for almost 20 years and will continue to give you our business. Thank you so much for being so honest and once the repair has been done it's fixed. We have never had to bring it back to have it fixed properly since it's done properly
