I have been using integrity done there opening they have always fine a hood job from brakes, tires, to problem solving. Had an issue with one of my axles. There was a wonderful guy by the name of Eric and he did great in taking care of me. There was one major issue that was not Eric’s fault even though he took the blame and stood by his team. I went by the place to see if my car was put up because my daughter had a game at her school and it was over at 7:00pm and it was left in the parking lot in the front and the business was closed, I felt I needed to check because they left it out there earlier when I picked up my son. I got out and checked and my car was also unlocked, this ruined everything because with my husband working weird hours I thought

Job done quickly with clean oil & filter. Only one small issue. I asked if the dash setting had been adjusted to show new oil at 100%.one of there younger employees said yes and I asked if he knew how to do it. He responded in the affirmative. Unfortunately, he may have imagined that he had done it but it had not been done or had no been done properly. A small point but important to me to know when the next oil change is necessary. (training necessary)

The only lady employee there that says she is a manager is the worst sales person I have ever met. They try to hustle you well her specifically without trying to help you even though you are a loyal customer. Don’t ever go to her when you need help with your car go to Bob or somebody else they will work with you. Even the store manager Christian will work with you, this lady (young girl) is all about her pockets and not there to help anybody she has no integrity. Please refrain her in customer service or just basic sales

Problems with my car starting! Not a good time of the year to be stranded.
Just stopped into Integrity in hopes that they maybe could work me in, as I had no appointment. First timer.
I was totally amazed at their immediate attention to my problem. They are very personally attentive and helped with all my inquiries.
Turns out, I needed a new battery. I quipped to them, "Merry Christmas to me. Can you put a bow on it?"
When I got into my car to leave, indeed there was a bow tied around my shifter.
They have won my respect, appreciation and loyalty for future services.

I love the Integrity Car Care Cross Roads location! Customer service is exceptional every time I bring my car in to get serviced. Their store is always clean, crisp looking, several options for waiting areas, clean bathrooms, free drinks while waiting. They have TV's, a "business" room if you bring your own laptop or work to use with desk type counters. They have a kids play area and cell phone charging stations.
The prices are competitive in our area and they have never been pushy with me about adding extra services on top. They have notified me of potential needs that may arise

I was in the middle of moving/packing my home with my 5 year old daughter when my car began having problems starting. I pulled into Integrity and was immediately approached, they ran diagnostics and replaced my battery almost immediately. I really appreciated their help and getting us out of the shop so quickly.

First time going there to get oil changed, fast nice people just one thing when got home noticed oil spot on brand new driveway. Took the truck back and told them I have never had oil leak from my truck, they checked it out again and said they just didn’t clean it up good underneath. So they did but I still have 2 oil stains on my driveway. Other than that I would have given them 5 stars!

I asked this place to please pull the nail out, and rotate the tires since I bought the tires here. They said no problem!! They kept my truck 2 WEEKS, and still this nail remains and guess what, the tires aren't rotated!!! What kind of customer service is this?? DONT BRING YOUR CAR OR TRUCK HERE!!! THE MANAGER IS WAY TO ENTITLED TO HIS POSITION AND WILL NOT RESPOND WELL WHEN ASKED TO PERFORM THE JOB THE CUSTOMERS PAID FOR. Instead of doin the work, they'll refund your money back just to prove a point!

Was looking for a new oil change place and came across this establishment. The desk guys are nice and they seem like they are always busy. Did a walk in both times. The first car I was waiting a good hour and a half cause some energy drink trucks pulled in before me. The second time I was out in no longer then 30 min. The guy pulled me into the bay and showed me that my tires were old but said they had good tread on them. I definitely found my new oil place.

Brought my car in to be diagnosed. They kept it for a few hours, then I came back to receive a quote for $1,000 with not much of an explanation as to what was going on. Just a front desk attendant (not a mechanic) handing me a sheet of paper. Did not give me confidence to use their services so I walked away. Felt like the equivalent of fast food customer service.

Great and friendly staff. Brought my car in for a safety inspection it was quick and easy took about 20 minutes. What brought me in was a I received a complimentary safety check coupon in the mail. Presented the coupon and saved 25 bucks. Very neat and clean facility, had free coffee and drink fountain. I will definitely be back and will bring my car here for any service it may need in the future.

I needed an oil change and my state inspection. They were able to see me immediately upon my arrival. The gentleman I dealt with was very personable and explained everything they offer at their location. The facility is nice for while waiting. They have a waiting area with a television and a small children's area as well as a business center and complimentary beverages. As it is new, the facility was very clean and inviting as well.
As for the service, it was definitely speedy! I was only there
